So Amazon had the Ebook for free and how could I pass this opportunity to read Dawson's story, it was going to be one of my Ebooks purchases after Christmas. But since there was a free download I quickly clicked it and at the same time I was reading Origin. So I had the chance to read two Lux books at once. 

Review

For so long I've waited to get the inside story of Dawson and Beth, and now I think it was worth the wait. I know Jennifer had said that you can read Shadows at any times but due to highly secretive plot in origin it was recommend to read shadows before hands.

 

I did while reading origin and I must say I was dying to know how Dawson and Beth got to where they ended up and reappeared in Onyx. 

Living in a small town in West Virginia, for Dawson the only thing that matters was his family until Bethany Williams stepped into his life. 

 

Bethany (Beth) Williams never thought that meeting Dawson Black would changed her life forever, sure she thought he was just an ordinary sexy/hot teenage guy until she sees him glow. 

Now Dawson and Beth must stay strong together, they would do anything for each other, they will show love is greater than any other forces on earth. 

The riveting love story that Jennifer wrote of Dawson and Beth, they will shows that love will conquer all and gives the greatest strength like no others. I praise the novella, giving it a 5 Cat's Tails review when you know you found your match, there's nothing in the world that can pull you apart.

I can just swoon over Dawson? He is the total opposite of his brother although Daemon did grow into being a little more nicer and swoon-worthy. But this isn't about Daemon, it about Dawson and Beth the two lovers that started it all. 

 

Beth wasn't looking for an relationship when she came to West Virginia but Dawson sweet talked her into giving him a chance. What Beth didn't know was that she would fall in love with Dawson and either did Dawson. During a moment of kissing Dawson did the unthinkable, he turned into his true form whoops. Sure Beth was a little freaked by that but she love Dawson no matter if he's a form of light or was from another planet.
 

These two has the undeniable young love chemistry, all you could do was AWs and swoon over these two and Dawson did the biggest thing he never thought of doing . . . Choosing Beth over his family, that's gotta sting but thankfully Dawson family came around only to lose him and Beth.
 

You can imagine what happen to Dawson and Beth in the end, being taken by the DOD as well the arum. The last thing Dawson saw was Beth before she was pulled away and darkness surround both of them.
