Four Weddings and a Werewolf Blog Tour + Character Interview

Four Weddings and a Werewolf by Kristin Miller

Four Weddings and a WerewolfTo have and to howl…

Logan Black, former Marine and bodyguard for the Seattle Wolf Pack, hates weddings and has no plan to walk the path to matrimonial misery. But when he’s hired to protect a hot-to-trot wedding planner with a werewolf stalker, he’s forced to put his feelings aside. Not such an easy task when the damsel can turn him on with a single smoldering glance.

Wedding planner Veronica Vale knows werewolves exist, but hates them. One bit her sister, changing their lives forever. When a sexy Marine shows his gorgeous face at one of her wedding appointments, Veronica finds it hard to focus on the task at hand.

The chemistry drawing Logan and Veronica together seems fated, but with Logan’s playboy attitude, Veronica’s hatred for werewolves, and a stalker lurking in the shadows, these two need more than passion to keep them together.

Today I have the great honor to have Logan Black and Veronica Black

I hope you don't mind the cat hairs on my loveseat . . . I tried to vacuum before you arrive but my furry guy decides to dirty it up again.

No problem! I’m a total cat person! Growing up, I had a Siamese named Cocoa (who shows up in Four Weddings and a Werewolf), so I don’t mind the fur. :-)

First question is for Logan,
"Why were you so against being committed to a relationship?" Surely you found it lonesome after having a few one night stands.

My mother had been in one committed relationship after another, and I’d seen the roller coasters they’d taken her on. She seemed to lose herself and I was determined that it wouldn’t happen to me. And if you close off, you don’t feel lonely. To be honest, it’s easier to think about a woman warming your bed for one night, than it is to think about finding the one woman who’ll warm it for the rest of your life.

Veronica - "Throughout the book you have a clear definite hatred towards werewolves, but you finally came around and is now a werewolf yourself. How is the new you?"

I didn’t think I’d adapt well, but Logan is helping me through it. Surprisingly, I love when we shift together! I feel loved and complete, like this is the way it was always meant to be.

Veronica - "What made you decide to do what you do, plan weddings and such? also what advice would you give for brides-to-be?"

These are great questions! I’ve always loved the idea of planning weddings, and thought I would love to help a bride create her perfect day. Weddings are such a joyous event, and I’m honored to be able to take part in one every weekend!
I’d tell brides-to-be to leave the actual wedding day to me and focus on the man they’re about to pledge their lives to.

"Logan, you were in the Marines what made you joined the Marines? and how did you avoid the part of your being a werewolf?”

When I turned eighteen, I was desperate to get out of Seattle for awhile and the Marines provided the perfect opportunity. Hiding the fact that I was a werewolf was easy, considering we don’t shift at full moons. We shift when we get angry, but we’re taught from an early age to keep a tight rein on our emotions and fight off the urge.

For both Veronica and Logan
"If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?"

V: After spending so much time in Seattle, I’d love to visit somewhere sunny and warm. Hawaii, maybe? A week in the Bahamas would be nice.
L: (Kisses her cheek.) I’m going anywhere she’s going.

"A walk in the park or a walk on a beach?"
V: Walk on the beach for sure.
L: Guess I’m beaching it.
V: (Takes his hand) We can stretch our legs in the park whenever you want.

"Candle-light dinner or picnic?"
V: What woman doesn’t dream of candlelit dinners? That’s my pick.
L: I’d rather plan a picnic in the woods, somewhere in nature, peaceful and quiet.

“Since it's Halloween, what would you dress up as?”
V: I’m going as a black cat: tail, ears and all!
L: I told Veronica to be a vixen, but she wears that costume every night anyway.
V: (She laughs, then smacks him playfully in the shoulder.)
L: What? Too much? Seriously though, I’m not much into costumes. With me, what you see is what you get. I’ll probably wear a mask, hold a glass of Guinness, and call it good.

"Now that Kristin wrote your story, who do you think she should write next?"
V: Ooh, I think my sister deserves a story. Maybe Kristin should look back and write what happened after she was attacked and before she met Jake. They have a great love story to tell.
L: I’ve got a few buddies (Carter being one of them) who could use a good woman in their life. He’s got my vote.

Thanks for being here and I give you my best for the future you'll have together, (hands a two flutes of champagne, clink)

V&L: Thanks! (Clink right back)
